Collective Healthcare Solutions was created in 2016 and was formed to meet the compliance, licensing, credentialing, and financial needs of healthcare providers in rural Louisiana. CHCS is committed to improving healthcare coverage and population health outcomes for all rural communities in the state. 

Their team of rural health consultants observed significant problems with rural health and in rural communities across the state after years of working with rural health clinics. Louisiana Rural Healthcare Collective was created by CHCS to serve as a statewide association for Louisiana's RHCs, providing management of state and federal funds allocated for strengthening RHCs and improving rural healthcare. LaRHC and its partner company, CHCS, possess the expertise and experience needed to improve healthcare in rural Louisiana.
